Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and develop personalized beauty plans.
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols, ensuring all tools and workstations are disinfected according to industry regulations.
- Manage inventory of consumables and retail products, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages.
- Train, coach, and evaluate junior therapists and new hires, fostering a collaborative and growth‑focused team culture.
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, new techniques, and product innovations through continuous education and industry events.
- Handle appointment scheduling, client follow‑ups, and after‑care instructions to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- Contribute to the development of promotional offers, loyalty programs, and social media content that highlight our service excellence.
- Document service details accurately in the salon management system for billing and client history tracking.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 18‑35 years with a minimum of 1 year professional experience in eyelash extensions, nail art, brow bombing, and waxing.
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; additional certification in cosmetology or related fields is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑quality beauty treatments with precision and consistency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: friendly, honest, and meticulous with a strong client‑focused attitude.
- Proficient in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Strong time‑management abilities, able to handle multiple appointments efficiently.
- Basic barista skills are appreciated, as the salon offers complimentary beverages to clients.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
