Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Staff Penagihan Lapangan Area Cikampek to join our collections team. This field‑based position plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our lending portfolio by engaging directly with borrowers who are past due on their vehicle or motorcycle loans. The successful candidate will operate primarily in the Cikampek area, conducting on‑site visits, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring compliance with both company policies and applicable regulations. This is a full‑time role with a Monday‑Saturday schedule, offering a dynamic work environment where strong communication skills and a results‑driven mindset are essential.
Responsibilities
- Conduct up to 10 on‑site visits per day to the homes, workplaces, or designated locations of delinquent borrowers.
- Assess each borrower’s financial situation and present tailored repayment solutions such as installment plans or loan restructuring.
- Accurately record all interactions, including photographs, signed acknowledgments, and digital notes, to serve as verifiable evidence of collection efforts.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports detailing visit outcomes, amount recovered, and any obstacles encountered.
- Manage collections across three aging buckets:
- Bucket 1: 1‑30 days overdue
- Bucket 2: 31‑60 days overdue
- Bucket 3: 61‑90 days overdue
- Meet monthly monetary targets for automobile loans and daily contract‑based targets for motorcycle loans, adjusting strategies based on the size of each installment.
- Collaborate with the central collections office to update borrower status in the CRM system and flag high‑risk accounts for further action.
- Adhere strictly to internal collection procedures and all relevant consumer protection laws, ensuring ethical and respectful treatment of borrowers.
- Provide feedback to management on common reasons for delinquency, suggesting preventive measures that could improve future loan performance.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the posting).
- Experience: No prior collection experience required; fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are welcome.
- Key Skills:
- Effective verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with borrowers.
