We are currently seeking a motivated Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our hands‑on maintenance team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on a wide range of industrial machines, including conveyors, CNC machines, hydraulic presses, and auxiliary equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, execute timely repairs, and replace worn or defective spare parts.
- Conduct daily inspections, lubrication, and calibration of equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables; generate requisition orders when stock levels fall below minimum thresholds.
- Document all maintenance activities in the company’s CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) with clear reports and recommendations for future improvements.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and quality engineers to minimize downtime and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and retrofits.
- Carry out occasional heavy‑lifting tasks and move equipment safely using appropriate material‑handling techniques.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians or apprentices.
- Adhere strictly to company safety policies, wear required personal protective equipment, and promote a culture of zero‑incident operations.
Requirements
- Male candidates, age 25‑35 years.
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in industrial equipment maintenance or a related technical field.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, schematics, and spare‑part catalogs.
- Ability to operate a motorcycle for site visits and urgent service calls.
- Strong multitasking capability – able to juggle preventive tasks, emergency repairs, and documentation simultaneously.
- Physical stamina for regular lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Basic knowledge of machine mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical circuits.
- Excellent problem‑solving attitude, punctuality, and a reputation for diligence (“rajin”).
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with supervisors, peers, and external vendors.
