Responsibilities
- Pick up packages from the central warehouse, verify shipment details, and ensure proper labeling before departure.
- Deliver parcels to residential, commercial, and industrial addresses within the assigned route, adhering to the daily schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries using handheld devices or paper logs, confirming receipt signatures when required.
- Inspect the motorbike (tossa) before each shift, report any mechanical issues, and perform basic maintenance such as tire pressure checks.
- Provide courteous and professional customer interaction, addressing inquiries and handling any delivery exceptions promptly.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to receive route updates, traffic alerts, and priority orders.
- Manage cash‑on‑delivery (COD) transactions securely, ensuring accurate accounting and timely reporting.
- Follow all safety regulations, including the use of helmets, reflective gear, and compliance with local traffic laws.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring that items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Contribute ideas for route optimization and service improvement during regular team meetings.
Requirements

- Valid motorbike (tossa) license and ability to operate a motorbike safely.

- Honest, disciplined, and reliable with a strong work ethic.

- Basic literacy and numeracy for handling paperwork, cash, and electronic tracking systems.
- Physical fitness to lift and carry packages up to 20 kg and navigate stairs or tight spaces.
