We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Trainer Personal – Ahli Kebugaran to join our growing team at Absolutefit Cengkareng. As a personal trainer, you will be the face of our brand, delivering high‑quality training sessions, fostering a motivating environment, and driving member satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized workout programs for clients of all fitness levels, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
- Conduct initial fitness assessments, set realistic goals, and track progress through regular evaluations.
- Provide nutritional guidance and lifestyle coaching to complement training plans.
- Lead group fitness classes and workshops that promote community engagement and brand loyalty.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully equipped training area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with fellow trainers and staff to develop promotional events, challenges, and member retention strategies.
- Utilize CRM tools to document client sessions, feedback, and payment information accurately.
- Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and emerging training techniques to continuously improve service quality.
- Represent Absolutefit in local fitness expos, community events, and social media campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; certifications in fitness training are a plus.
- Age: 35 years old or younger.
- Open to all genders; however, female candidates are particularly encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving collective targets.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with prior experience in personal training, group instruction, or related fitness roles.
- Professional appearance and a personable, “good‑looking” demeanor that reflects the brand’s image.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
