Introduction
PT Global Trade Solutions is seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Staf Kepatuhan dan Pengawasan Internal to join our compliance team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our export operations, ensuring that all internal processes align with international security standards such as C‑TPAT, as well as buyer‑specific compliance requirements. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will collaborate closely with HR, General Affairs, Security, and Production departments to uphold the highest levels of safety, quality, and regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce the implementation of C‑TPAT, buyer compliance, and other export security standards across the organization.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain comprehensive audit documentation for both internal reviews and external auditor visits.
- Conduct regular internal audits, identify non‑conformities, and lead corrective‑action follow‑up to close findings promptly.
- Stay current with evolving labor regulations, occupational health & safety (K3) laws, and update internal policies accordingly.
- Coordinate with HR, GA, Security, and Production teams to integrate compliance requirements into daily operational workflows.
- Ensure continuous compliance with export security protocols and supply‑chain integrity, reducing risk of disruptions.
- Support the planning and execution of buyer, social, and security audits, acting as the primary point of contact for auditors.
- Track and report key compliance metrics to senior management, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff on compliance best practices, emphasizing a culture of responsibility and transparency.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, as per client‑specific policy.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Public Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in compliance, audit, or safety management within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of K3 regulations, C‑TPAT standards, social compliance frameworks, and buyer‑specific requirements.
- Demonstrated experience handling buyer, social, and security audits, with a track record of successful audit outcomes.
- Proficiency in document monitoring, risk assessment, and implementation of corrective actions on the shop floor.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Flexibility to work standard office hours (08:00 – 17:00) with occasional overtime during audit periods.
