Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Administrator Stock Opname to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly, and supporting the broader supply‑chain functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular stock opname cycles, including full physical counts, cycle counts, and spot checks, to verify inventory accuracy.
- Reconcile physical counts with system records, investigate variances, and document findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain and update the inventory management system, ensuring all inbound and outbound transactions are accurately recorded.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review, highlighting discrepancies, trends, and potential issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, purchasing, and sales teams to resolve stock‑related inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the development and improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control and stock taking processes.
- Operate computer hardware and software, including barcode scanners, Excel spreadsheets, and inventory management applications.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies while handling inventory and performing physical counts.
- Support year‑end physical inventory audits and assist external auditors as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on proper stock handling and documentation practices.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in stock administration or inventory management.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in computer operation, especially Microsoft Office (Excel) and inventory software.
- Personal Traits: Honest, meticulous, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Physical & Mental Health: Good overall health and the ability to perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong teamwork orientation while also capable of working independently.
