Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude, answer product inquiries, and provide personalized assistance to enhance satisfaction.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, process cash, credit, and mobile transactions, and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain product presentation by restocking shelves, arranging merchandise according to planograms, and ensuring price tags are correctly displayed.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, report discrepancies, and assist with stock receiving and unloading deliveries.
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards, including routine floor sweeps, waste disposal, and compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily sales targets and promotional goals.
- Participate in weekly team briefings, share customer feedback, and suggest improvements for store operations.
- Adhere to company policies regarding dress code, personal appearance (no tattoos or piercings visible), and professional conduct.
- Be flexible to work the assigned schedule, which includes Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, and be willing to relocate within the organization’s needs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Proportional body posture suitable for standing and moving for extended periods.
- Adaptable, courteous, and able to demonstrate good behavior in a customer‑facing environment.
- Physically and mentally healthy, capable of handling moderate lifting and long shifts.
- No visible tattoos or body piercings that conflict with the company’s appearance standards.
- Willingness to be placed at any store location based on operational requirements.
- Basic proficiency with retail management systems and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
