Responsibilities

- Perform on‑site surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s policies, risk‑assessment frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process, including timely reminders, negotiation of repayment plans, and documentation of payment status.
- Maintain accurate field records using digital tools, updating the central CRM system with client interactions, loan status, and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate closely with the regional loan officer team to streamline approvals, share market insights, and address any operational bottlenecks.
- Deliver basic financial literacy workshops to community groups, empowering borrowers with skills that increase loan success rates.
- Prepare weekly performance reports that highlight new leads, conversion rates, and collection outcomes for senior management review.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age range: 18–30 years (maximum 33 years for senior candidates).
