Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Koki Dapur Restoran to join our dynamic food‑and‑beverage team. This role focuses on preparing high‑quality dishes that delight our guests while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of culinary skill, barista experience, and a strong team‑oriented mindset, ensuring that every plate leaving the kitchen reflects our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and plate a diverse menu of Indonesian and international dishes, adhering to standardized recipes and portion controls.
  • Operate coffee machines and craft specialty beverages, applying barista techniques to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen environment in compliance with local health regulations.
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries, checking stock quality, and rotating supplies to minimize waste.
  • Collaborate closely with front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely service and address any special dietary requests.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen assistants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Monitor food safety practices, conduct regular temperature checks, and document all safety procedures.
  • Contribute ideas for menu development, seasonal specials, and promotional items to keep the offering fresh and competitive.
  • Handle multiple orders simultaneously during peak periods while maintaining attention to detail and presentation standards.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings, providing feedback on operational efficiencies and customer trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age range: 20–30 years.
  • Gender: Female (per company policy).
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a cook and barista in the F&B industry.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and reliability.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, customer‑focused attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support colleagues during busy service periods.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
