Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Medical Sales Representative to join our growing team covering the Tuban region and surrounding districts. This role focuses on the midwifery (bidan) channel, ensuring that our portfolio of medical products reaches the hands of healthcare professionals who rely on them daily. The successful candidate will combine strong sales acumen with a genuine passion for improving patient outcomes through high‑quality healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine visits and detailed product presentations to midwives (bidan) within the assigned territory, ensuring thorough understanding and proper utilization of each product.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: verify product availability, assist with order placement, and follow up on timely invoicing and collection of receivables.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with midwives, doctors, nurses, and pharmacists, fostering trust and long‑term partnership.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales value & volume targets, outlet transaction coverage, and receivable collection timelines.
- Develop and maintain a Master Customer List (MCL) and a Fixed Journey Plan to guarantee systematic coverage of every customer in the portfolio.
- Coordinate trade and marketing programs, ensuring equitable distribution and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports that detail performance metrics, trade activity, and market insights.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and potential barriers, providing actionable recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards during every customer interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field); a background in science or health‑related studies is a strong advantage.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a medical or health‑product sales representative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building relationships with HCPs (doctors, nurses, midwives, pharmacists).
- High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
- Ability to create and execute effective sales plans and customer visit schedules.
- Own a motorcycle with valid registration and a C‑class driving license (SIM C) for regional travel.
- Flexibility to work in the following districts: Blora, Rembang, Tuban, Bantul, Banyumas, and Cilacap.
- Strong analytical mindset for sales data interpretation and reporting.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools) and willingness to adopt new digital platforms.
