Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented professional to join our Finance Department as a Karyawan Departemen Keuangan. This full‑time position is based at our main office and offers a collaborative environment where integrity, accuracy, and continuous improvement are highly valued. Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and post daily financial transactions, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
  • Assist in the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, including reconciliations of bank statements, accounts receivable, and payable.
  • Generate routine financial reports such as cash flow statements, budget variance analyses, and expense summaries for management review.
  • Maintain and update the general ledger using the company’s financial software, guaranteeing data integrity and timely entry.
  • Support the preparation of audit schedules and provide required documentation to external auditors.
  • Collaborate with other departments to verify expense claims, process invoices, and ensure proper allocation of costs.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to develop spreadsheets, pivot tables, and visual dashboards that aid decision‑making.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting automation opportunities and process enhancements.
  • Uphold the organization’s values by demonstrating professionalism, confidentiality, and a respectful workplace attitude.

Requirements

  • Religion: Must be Muslim (male or female) with the ability to read the Qur’an fluently.
  • Age: Maximum 28 years.
  • Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a GPA of at least 3.00.
  • Preferred background: Affiliation with the Muhammadiyah community is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with standard financial applications.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to present financial information clearly.
  • Personal Attributes: High ethical standards, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a willingness to learn.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
