Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented professional to join our Finance Department as a Karyawan Departemen Keuangan. Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and post daily financial transactions, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
- Assist in the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, including reconciliations of bank statements, accounts receivable, and payable.
- Generate routine financial reports such as cash flow statements, budget variance analyses, and expense summaries for management review.
- Maintain and update the general ledger using the company’s financial software, guaranteeing data integrity and timely entry.
- Support the preparation of audit schedules and provide required documentation to external auditors.
- Collaborate with other departments to verify expense claims, process invoices, and ensure proper allocation of costs.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to develop spreadsheets, pivot tables, and visual dashboards that aid decision‑making.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting automation opportunities and process enhancements.
- Uphold the organization’s values by demonstrating professionalism, confidentiality, and a respectful workplace attitude.
Requirements
- Religion: Must be Muslim (male or female) with the ability to read the Qur’an fluently.
- Age: Maximum 28 years.
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a GPA of at least 3.00.
- Preferred background: Affiliation with the Muhammadiyah community is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with standard financial applications.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to present financial information clearly.
- Personal Attributes: High ethical standards, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a willingness to learn.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
