Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Account Officer to join the Divisi Limbangan of our reputable financial institution. This role is pivotal in expanding our customer base, promoting a wide range of banking products, and ensuring the smooth servicing of credit facilities. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating closely with both new prospects and existing clients while adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and cultivate relationships with potential new customers across various market segments.
- Promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, credit facilities, and term deposits, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
- Conduct comprehensive credit feasibility studies, including financial analysis and risk assessment of prospective borrowers.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and cross‑selling additional services.
- Monitor loan repayment schedules, ensuring timely payments and proactively addressing any delinquencies.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management, highlighting sales achievements and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with internal teams—credit, compliance, and operations—to streamline application processes and enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, market trends, and competitor activities to recommend strategic adjustments.
Requirements
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Education: Minimum D3 or equivalent; all majors are considered, though a background in finance, economics, or business is advantageous.
- Education (alternative entry): Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent for candidates with strong relevant experience.
- Experience: Prior experience in banking marketing or financing sales is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.

- Additional Requirements:
- Own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid SIM C/A (motorcycle or car).
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
