Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take and process orders accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, while recommending menu items to boost sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining and service area in compliance with Kebabblasan’s hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order flow, guaranteeing timely delivery of food.
- Handle cash transactions, issue receipts, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking supplies, and reporting low‑stock items to the outlet manager.
- Participate in regular team briefings, sharing feedback and ideas for improving service quality.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Uphold company policies regarding health, safety, and customer confidentiality.
- Engage in ongoing training sessions to develop product knowledge and customer‑service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
