Responsibilities
- Execute all operational tasks in strict accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
- Greet, receive, and serve customers with a friendly and courteous attitude, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the outlet, including seating areas, service counters, and restroom facilities.
- Prepare and present daily sales and activity reports, documenting key metrics such as customer volume, product usage, and incident logs.
- Adhere to a six‑day work week with one day off, coordinating shift schedules to guarantee continuous coverage during operating hours (11:00 – 22:00).
- Travel to and from the workplace using a personal motorcycle, ensuring punctuality and reliable attendance.
- Uphold a professional and attractive appearance that reflects the brand’s image and enhances the customer experience.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members and supervisors to improve service efficiency, suggest process enhancements, and participate in regular training sessions.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables and report any shortages or replenishment needs to management.
- Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, contributing to a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Junior High School (SMP/MTS) or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a customer‑facing or hospitality role.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a personal motorcycle for commuting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a courteous manner.
- Basic cooking or food preparation skills are advantageous.
- Demonstrated commitment to personal hygiene, neat appearance, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the shift schedule.
