Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Staff Packing and Goods Preparation professional to join our fast‑paced logistics team. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent high school graduates who are eager to start a career in warehouse operations, packing, and distribution. The successful candidate will work closely with supervisors and fellow team members to ensure that all products are prepared, packed, and ready for shipment on time and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and inspect items for damage.
- Sort, label, and organize products according to destination, size, and handling requirements.
- Perform accurate picking and packing of orders, ensuring proper cushioning, sealing, and documentation.
- Maintain clean and orderly workstations, adhering to safety protocols and ergonomic best practices.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
- Collaborate with the inventory control team to update stock levels in the warehouse management system.
- Monitor packing materials inventory and request replenishment when supplies run low.
- Assist in preparing loading manifests and coordinate with the shipping department to meet daily dispatch deadlines.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or process inefficiencies to supervisors.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, suggesting ways to speed up packing processes while maintaining quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: 25 years old or younger.
- All genders are welcome; preference may be given to male candidates based on operational needs.
- Must be single, physically fit, and free from serious medical conditions.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- High attention to detail, speed, and neatness in all tasks.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight time‑based targets.
- Excellent teamwork skills; able to collaborate with diverse colleagues to achieve common goals.
