We are expanding our footprint in Central Java and are seeking a dynamic Area People Partner (APP) to join our Semarang office. This role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between our clients’ workforce needs and our talent pool, ensuring seamless recruitment, development, and performance management for both permanent and outsourced employees.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation, to meet the staffing requirements of assigned client accounts.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs, training sessions, coaching workshops, and counseling services that enhance employee engagement and skill development.
  • Collaborate closely with client HR managers to diagnose and resolve complex HR issues, fostering strong, long‑term partnerships built on trust and transparency.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of outsourced staff across multiple branch locations, using KPI dashboards and regular feedback loops.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, oversee payroll processing, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations (DISNAKER) and internal policies.
  • Prepare and present regular HR analytics, workforce planning insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Travel to client sites and branch offices as needed to conduct site visits, performance reviews, and on‑site training.
  • Act as a mentor and role model for junior HR team members, promoting best practices in recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field of study) with a strong preference for degrees related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in HR, preferably within the financing or outsourcing industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a robust professional network within the HR community.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Solid problem‑solving capabilities, particularly in handling relational database queries and HRIS systems.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and possess a valid SIM C (motorcycle license) for local commutes.
