Introduction

We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Sales Hunter (NOO) to join our expanding distribution network across Batulicin, Banjarmasin, and Palangkaraya. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities into thriving outlets (New Open Outlets – NOO) for our product portfolio. This role is ideal for a self‑motivated individual with a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting relationships with owners of schools, shops, and small businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct compelling product presentations to owners or representatives of potential NOO locations.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with school administrators, shop owners, and warung proprietors to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Draft and finalize business contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Perform regular territory visits to maintain relationships, assess market potential, and gather competitive intelligence.
  • Prepare accurate sales activity reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, highlighting achievements, challenges, and forecasted pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to coordinate product deliveries, promotional events, and after‑sales support.
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets by continuously prospecting new outlets and expanding the footprint of existing accounts.
  • Utilize a smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM for CRM updates, GPS navigation, and real‑time communication with headquarters.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in field sales, preferably in motorcycle or consumer goods distribution.
  • Own a reliable motorcycle and hold a valid, active driver’s license (SIM).
  • Target‑oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales quotas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship‑building capabilities.
  • Proficiency in using mobile applications for reporting and route planning.
