Responsibilities

  • Assist the Social Media Manager in planning, scheduling, and publishing daily posts using content calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across all channels, responding promptly with a friendly and brand‑aligned tone.
  • Maintain an organized library of visual assets, product photos, and video clips, ensuring all files are correctly labeled and stored.
  • Compile weekly performance reports that track key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and click‑through rates.
  • Support the creation of simple graphics or video edits using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark, following brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the product development and customer service teams to relay feedback and trending topics from the community.
  • Help organize influencer collaborations, including tracking deliverables, contracts, and content approvals.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks such as updating contact lists, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining the social media budget tracker.

Requirements

  • Female, single, maximum age of 25 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Polished and professional appearance; strong personal presentation skills.

  • Honest, responsible, friendly, and highly communicative.

  • Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional weekend events.
