Introduction

AmarthaLink, a fast‑growing fintech platform that connects micro‑entrepreneurs with capital, is looking for a dynamic Agent Partner – Sales Akuisisi to join our team in Sidoarjo. This role is pivotal in expanding our network of agents who will promote and manage AmarthaLink services across the region. The successful candidate will combine strong sales acumen with a passion for financial inclusion, driving both acquisition targets and long‑term partner satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new agents in the assigned territory, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly acquisition targets.
  • Conduct on‑site presentations and workshops to educate prospective agents about the benefits, features, and operational procedures of AmarthaLink.
  • Develop and nurture lasting relationships with existing agents, providing ongoing support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and operational smoothness.
  • Deliver hands‑on training sessions covering system navigation, product usage, and best practices for customer engagement.
  • Monitor agent transaction volumes, performance metrics, and compliance, intervening promptly to resolve issues and optimize outcomes.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regional demand to devise strategic plans for agent network expansion.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports detailing acquisition progress, sales performance, and market insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including marketing, product, and operations—to align agent activities with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 12 months of proven experience in sales acquisition within e‑commerce, PPOB, telecommunications, retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Deep familiarity with the Sidoarjo area and surrounding markets, including local business customs.
  • Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle and hold a valid SIM C license for field mobility.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong communication etiquette, persuasive selling abilities, and a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities.
