Introduction
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Operational Crew as a Bar Team Member. This role is essential to maintaining a vibrant, efficient, and customer‑focused atmosphere in our hospitality venue. The position operates six days a week, from Monday to Saturday, with regular working hours of 08:00 – 17:00. You will work side‑by‑side with a diverse team of professionals, contributing to smooth daily operations and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, operation, and breakdown of the bar area before and after service.
- Prepare and serve non‑alcoholic beverages, light snacks, and basic bar refreshments according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar station, including glassware, counters, and equipment, in compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and support stock replenishment under the supervision of the bar manager.
- Provide friendly, courteous, and timely service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, floor crew, and fellow bar team members to ensure seamless service flow.
- Adhere to cash handling procedures, accurately process orders, and assist with point‑of‑sale (POS) transactions when needed.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, safety protocols, and customer service best practices.
- Contribute ideas for improving service efficiency, menu offerings, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Uphold the brand’s standards of honesty, discipline, and teamwork at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar bar or hospitality role.

- Strong communication skills, especially verbal interaction with guests.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a disciplined work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and handle a fast‑paced environment.
