Introduction
The Officer Remedial Pengembangan Kompetensi is a pivotal role within our credit and collection division, responsible for establishing strong relationships with customers and ensuring timely repayment of outstanding obligations. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will interact directly with consumers across a designated geographic area, applying negotiation tactics and customer‑service excellence to support the financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consumer identification and verification processes to ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Execute daily collection activities, including phone calls, visits, and electronic communications, to encourage prompt payment of overdue accounts.
- Develop and maintain a detailed mapping of the assigned collection zone, prioritizing high‑risk accounts while adhering to compliance guidelines.
- Negotiate repayment plans that balance customer affordability with the company’s cash‑flow requirements, documenting all agreements in the system.
- Collaborate with internal credit analysts and legal teams to escalate delinquent accounts when necessary, supporting potential legal actions or restructuring.
- Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as recovery rate, contact success, and days past due.
- Provide feedback to the product development team regarding common consumer concerns, helping to refine credit policies and improve future risk assessment.
- Maintain a professional image by using a personal motor vehicle equipped with a valid SIM C license for field visits.
- Adhere to the company’s code of conduct, data privacy regulations, and all applicable financial industry standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 graduates from any discipline are also welcomed.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, though prior experience of 1–2 years in Credit & Collection Management is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to influence and resolve conflicts.
- Basic understanding of debt‑recovery processes, credit risk assessment, and regional mapping techniques.
- Ownership of a reliable motor vehicle and a valid SIM C driving license.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak collection periods.
