Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Supervisor Tim Operasional to join our dynamic food & beverage (F&B) team in the vibrant regions of Kota Batu and Malang. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end operations of both Front‑of‑House (FOH) and Back‑of‑House (BOH) activities, ensuring that service standards, product quality, and customer satisfaction consistently exceed expectations. The successful candidate will act as a role model for our workplace culture, driving operational excellence while fostering a collaborative and disciplined team environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational processes across FOH and BOH, guaranteeing adherence to standard operating procedures and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate shift schedules, monitor staffing levels, and ensure optimal coverage during peak service periods.
- Lead recruitment efforts for entry‑level positions, conduct onboarding, and deliver ongoing training to enhance skill sets and product knowledge.
- Implement performance management systems, including regular evaluations, coaching sessions, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Monitor inventory control, waste reduction, and cost‑saving initiatives while maintaining profitability targets.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu execution aligns with brand standards and guest expectations.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational insights.
- Promote a positive work environment, demonstrating strong leadership, clear communication, and a commitment to the company’s core values.
Requirements
- Gender: Female
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Experience: At least 3–5 years in the F&B industry, with proven experience in a supervisory, leader, or manager role.
- Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end restaurant operations, including FOH, BOH, and quality control.
- Demonstrated ability to manage human resources – recruitment, training, discipline, and performance appraisal.
- Result‑oriented mindset with the ability to work against clear output targets.
- Excellent leadership qualities: decisive, assertive, and capable of serving as a cultural role model.
- Residency in Kota Batu or Malang area is required.
- Proficiency with store management systems and basic computer literacy.
