Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Staff Back Office – Area Pontianak to join our growing financial services team. This position is the backbone of our credit and financing operations, ensuring that all customer data, documentation, and administrative processes are handled accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing, surveyor, and collection teams to support the branch’s daily operations and contribute to a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Data Entry & Management: Accurately input credit and financing applications into the company’s core banking system, maintaining up‑to‑date customer records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Document Verification: Review submitted documents such as KTP, KK, salary slips, and collateral paperwork to confirm completeness and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Archiving & Filing: Organize physical and digital files in a systematic manner, enabling quick retrieval for audits, internal reviews, or customer inquiries.
  • Administrative Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on application volumes, approval rates, and outstanding documentation, presenting findings to branch managers.
  • Cross‑Team Coordination: Liaise with marketing, field surveyors, and collectors to resolve data discrepancies, expedite approvals, and keep all stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Operational Support: Assist with general office duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and preparation of presentation materials for branch meetings.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Keep abreast of internal policies and external regulations (e.g., OJK guidelines) and ensure that all processed files meet these requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the back‑office workflow and propose process enhancements or automation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age not exceeding 35 years.
  • Female candidates only (as per current operational policy).
  • No prior work experience required; fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with basic database entry.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a strong sense of responsibility for data accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey information clearly to both internal teams and external customers.
  • Good time‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of banking or financial services terminology is a plus.
