Introduction

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telephone calls to existing and prospective BNI Bank customers to introduce and promote BNI Life insurance products.
  • Explain policy features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly, addressing customer questions and concerns with professionalism.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and analytical questioning, then tailor product recommendations accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the tele‑sales department.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting and claims teams to provide seamless service and resolve any policy‑related issues.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, role‑plays, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in insurance regulations to provide informed advice to customers.
  • Support promotional campaigns and special initiatives, including cross‑selling of complementary financial products.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in tele‑sales, call centre, or related customer‑facing roles, preferably within the financial or insurance sector.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical ability to assess customer profiles and match them with appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
  • Proficient with basic computer applications and CRM software; quick learner of new technology platforms.
