Responsibilities
- Greet and engage shoppers, providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance and answering product‑related questions.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage scenarios to stimulate interest and encourage purchases.
- Conduct pre‑sale checks of merchandise to ensure items are clean, properly labeled, and ready for customer handling.
- Process sales transactions accurately by entering data into the point‑of‑sale system and issuing receipts.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including product placement, signage, and promotional displays.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and reporting of low‑stock items to the store manager.
- Uphold store cleanliness and organization, ensuring fitting rooms, aisles, and display areas remain tidy.
- Work flexible shift schedules, including weekends and holidays, to align with peak shopping periods.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to marketing and product development teams for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent (SMK); currently not enrolled in further studies.
- Female candidates only; age must not exceed 30 years.
- At least 1 year of prior experience in retail sales, promotion, or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Honest, flexible, and approachable personality with a strong team‑spirit.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including Sundays and public holidays.
- Physically healthy and capable of standing for extended periods and handling merchandise safely.
- Proficient with basic computer applications and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
