Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and motivated Officer Pemasaran Kredit (CMO) to join our team in Singaraja (BNT). This role is pivotal in driving our credit product portfolio to both existing and prospective customers, ensuring seamless application processing, and fostering lasting relationships with dealers and end‑consumers. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, customer‑focused, and ready to thrive in a fast‑paced, mobile work environment.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Adira Finance’s credit products to existing clients and new prospects across various distribution channels.
- Generate and capture orders from dealers, partners, and direct customers, ensuring accurate initial data entry.
- Conduct thorough verification of customer information, collect required documentation, and assemble complete credit applications.
- Track the progress of each credit application, liaise with underwriting teams, and communicate approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers.
- Provide clear information on repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any other relevant terms to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, generate regular reports on sales performance, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, risk, and operations departments to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Travel within the assigned territory, visiting dealers and customers as needed, while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: maximum 33 years (preferred under 29 years for this posting).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required, though experience in credit sales or financial services is a strong advantage.
- Valid personal vehicle and an active SIM C driver’s license.
- Good BI‑Checking (credit) history.
- High level of integrity, honesty, discipline, and the ability to work independently with high mobility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer‑service orientation.
- Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with CRM tools.
