Responsibilities
- Collect packages from designated pickup points or directly from senders, verifying shipment details and documentation.
- Plan and execute daily delivery routes using Google Maps or other navigation apps, optimizing for speed and fuel efficiency.
- Deliver parcels to recipients within the assigned service area, obtaining signatures or proof of delivery as required.
- Maintain accurate records of pickups, deliveries, and any delivery exceptions in the company’s mobile app.
- Inspect the motorbike before each shift to ensure it is road‑worthy, has a valid STNK, active tax, and a valid SIM C.
- Report any vehicle issues, traffic incidents, or delivery challenges to the operations supervisor promptly.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service, answering basic inquiries and handling minor complaints with empathy.
- Assist with occasional on‑site promotional activities, such as distributing flyers or supporting local partner events.
- Keep the delivery device (Android smartphone) fully charged and updated to the latest operating system (Android 10‑16).
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and local traffic laws throughout the workday.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years; maximum age of 50 years.
- Completed at least high school (SMA/SMK) or an equivalent qualification.
- Possession of a valid Indonesian driving license for motorcycles (SIM C).
- Own a personal motorbike with a current STNK and tax that will remain active for at least three months from the date of hiring.
- Own an Android smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM and running Android 10 or newer.
- Strong ability to read and interpret maps or GPS navigation tools.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills, with a proven record of punctuality.
- Good communication skills, able to interact politely with senders and recipients.
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 15 kg.
