Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our front‑of‑house team as Waiter / Waitress. Responsibilities

  • Master the restaurant’s menu, ingredients, and preparation methods to confidently answer guest questions and recommend complementary dishes, driving upselling opportunities.
  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and accurate service in line with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain smooth daily operations.
  • Operate the POS (Point‑of‑Sale) system efficiently, processing orders, handling payments, and ensuring transaction accuracy.
  • Adhere to the restaurant’s grooming standards, including uniform cleanliness, personal hygiene, and professional appearance.
  • Maintain a spotless work area by regularly cleaning tables, chairs, floors, and service stations, and by following health and safety protocols.
  • Inspect and care for all service equipment—trays, cutlery, glassware, and POS devices—to ensure they are in good working condition and ready for use.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bar staff, and fellow servers to coordinate timing, resolve issues, and exceed guest expectations.
  • Participate in shift handovers, reporting any operational concerns, inventory shortages, or guest feedback to management.
  • Support special events, promotions, and private functions by adapting service flow and offering personalized attention to larger groups.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 30 years or younger.
  • Gender: All genders welcome.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a restaurant or hospitality setting; prior front‑of‑house experience is a strong advantage.
  • Physical fitness: Able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Interpersonal skills: Friendly, energetic, honest, and capable of building rapport with guests and teammates.
  • Team orientation: Willingness to collaborate, assist colleagues, and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, from 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Professional appearance: Proportional height and weight, polished grooming, and adherence to uniform guidelines.
  • Technical aptitude: Basic familiarity with POS systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
