Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Customer Relations Officer to join our growing team in Cimahi, West Java. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between our company and both existing and prospective customers, ensuring a seamless experience from product introduction through credit approval and post‑sale support. This role is integral to our sales ecosystem, helping to drive revenue while maintaining the high service standards that distinguish us in the market.
The position operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, offering a structured work environment with opportunities for professional growth within a vibrant, forward‑thinking organization.
Responsibilities
- Proactively present and promote the company’s portfolio of products to existing clients and new prospects across various distribution channels.
- Capture orders, conduct initial data collection, verify customer information, and compile all necessary documentation for credit applications.
- Track the progress of each credit application, liaise with the credit department, and communicate approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers.
- Notify customers of payment due dates, provide clear instructions on payment locations, and address any additional inquiries related to financing terms.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring that all interactions, follow‑ups, and transaction details are logged in real time.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align on promotional campaigns, target quotas, and customer feedback loops.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling, contributing to the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide after‑sales support, handling complaints or issues with a solution‑oriented approach to preserve customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Maximum age: 33 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, customer service, or credit administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Proven sales management abilities, including target setting, pipeline tracking, and closing techniques.
- Ability to understand and explain credit terms, documentation requirements, and payment schedules.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
