Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Penata Gudang Senior – Manajemen Persediaan dan Logistik to join our dynamic supply chain team. This role is critical for ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly, from the moment goods arrive at the dock to the final stage of dispatch. The ideal candidate will have a solid educational background (minimum D3/D4), a strong physical presence, and a proven track record of adhering to strict standard operating procedures (SOP). While prior experience in a warehouse environment is required, experience in pharmaceutical or fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors is highly preferred. The position offers a full‑time schedule, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and Verification: Accept incoming shipments, inspect the physical condition of each pallet, and confirm that quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates match the accompanying shipping documents.
- Put‑away and Storage Management: Organize items into designated blocks or zones, following company‑approved storage standards and safety guidelines to maximize space utilization.
- Order Preparation: Pick and stage goods for outbound delivery based on SKU, quantity, batch, and expiration date requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Return Processing: Inspect returned merchandise, determine its resaleability, and properly record any damages or defects for further action.
- Stelling Card Maintenance: Accurately input and regularly update Stelling Card data to reflect real‑time inventory levels.
- Cycle Counting: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock checks (cycle counts) to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Expiry and Bad Stock Monitoring: Track product shelf‑life, isolate items approaching expiration, and manage “bad stock” according to compliance protocols.
- Warehouse Cleanliness & Security: Maintain a tidy, hazard‑free environment and enforce security measures to protect inventory integrity.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks, propose efficiency improvements, and assist in implementing best‑practice logistics solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in warehouse operations; experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG warehouses is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs, work with discipline, precision, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Physically robust, capable of handling fast‑paced workloads and meeting productivity targets.
- Proficiency in receiving and dispatch processes, including the use of inventory management software.
- Familiarity with storage standards such as CDOB (Controlled Distribution of Biologicals) or CDAKB is a plus.
