We are seeking a reliable and energetic Pengantar Barang dengan Motor (Kurir Biker) to join our fast‑growing logistics team in South Jakarta. As a key member of our delivery network, you will be responsible for ensuring that parcels and packages are picked up from our clients and delivered promptly to end‑customers, while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service. Responsibilities
- Perform timely pick‑up of parcels from corporate customers, warehouses, and individual senders across the designated South Jakarta area.
- Deliver goods directly to customers, verifying recipient details and obtaining signatures or digital confirmations as required.
- Update the delivery management system in real‑time with pick‑up and drop‑off timestamps, GPS locations, and any incident reports.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after each shift to ensure the motorbike is road‑worthy and complies with safety regulations.
- Communicate proactively with dispatchers and the customer service team regarding any delays, traffic issues, or special handling instructions.
- Handle cash‑on‑delivery (COD) transactions securely, providing accurate receipts and reconciling daily cash totals.
- Maintain a clean and presentable appearance of the vehicle and personal uniform to reflect the company’s brand standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading parcels, ensuring that items are handled gently to prevent damage.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering basic inquiries, offering assistance with package tracking, and resolving minor complaints on the spot.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on route optimization, safety protocols, and new technology tools used by the company.
Requirements
- Male candidates only, aged 45 years or younger.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of proven experience in courier, delivery, or motorcycle transportation roles.
- Valid Indonesian SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license) with up‑to‑date vehicle registration and tax documents.
- Own a well‑maintained two‑wheel motorbike suitable for city traffic.
- Deep familiarity with the South Jakarta area, including major streets, residential complexes, and commercial zones.
- Ownership of an Android smartphone capable of running our delivery app and GPS navigation.
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to interact politely and effectively with customers, dispatchers, and teammates.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Physical stamina to load, unload, and transport packages of varying sizes throughout the day.
