Responsibilities
- Guest Room Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing furniture, and ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Bathroom Sanitation: Disinfect showers, toilets, sinks, and mirrors using approved cleaning agents, guaranteeing a hygienic and fresh bathroom experience.
- Linen Management: Remove used linens and towels, replace with fresh supplies, and transport soiled items to the laundry area efficiently.
- Supply Replenishment: Restock toiletries, towels, toilet paper, and minibar items in each room, checking inventory levels and reporting shortages.
- Public Area Maintenance: Keep corridors, elevators, lobbies, and other shared spaces clean and orderly, sweeping, mopping, and polishing as needed.
- Safety & Security Reporting: Identify and promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor to prevent guest inconvenience.
- Guest Requests: Respond quickly and courteously to guest inquiries for extra amenities, additional cleaning, or special services.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with fellow housekeeping staff and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and timely room turnover.
- Record Keeping: Complete daily checklists and log any incidents, ensuring accurate documentation for management review.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the current operational requirements).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in hotel or resort housekeeping.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and a courteous attitude toward guests and team members.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift moderate loads, and work on a shift schedule.
- Basic administrative skills for completing logs and inventory sheets.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Sunday, 07:00 – 15:00.
