The successful candidate will work in a vibrant, fast‑paced environment, delivering premium haircuts, styling, color, and treatment services to a discerning clientele.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand style preferences, hair type, and desired outcomes.
- Perform precision haircuts and trims for male clients, adhering to the latest trends in men’s grooming.
- Execute advanced styling techniques, including hair coloring, smoothing, and creambath treatments, with a focus on safety and product integrity.
- Recommend and apply additional hair care services such as deep conditioning, scalp massages, and specialty treatments.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and ensure all tools are sanitized according to health regulations.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, minimizing wait times and maximizing daily productivity.
- Upsell salon products and services, providing clients with personalized product recommendations.
- Collaborate with fellow stylists and front‑desk staff to create a seamless client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and emerging products through continuous learning and training.
- Participate in regular team meetings, product launches, and promotional events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1–2 years of professional experience in hair cutting, styling, or men’s grooming.
- Proficiency in hair color, smoothing, creambath, and other advanced hair care treatments (preferred for female candidates).
- Strong artistic sense and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Female candidates preferred, as the salon offers a supportive environment tailored to women stylists.
