Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our retail team as Crew Toko – Staf Operasional Penjualan at our busy storefront. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment, enjoy direct interaction with customers, and take pride in maintaining an organized and welcoming store atmosphere. The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and is based in the Sukun district.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assist them in finding products, and provide knowledgeable recommendations to drive sales.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, process cash and electronic payments, and issue receipts accurately.
- Maintain inventory levels by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to ensure the store layout is attractive and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor product expiration dates, manage returns, and handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute ideas for promotional activities.
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations, including routine sanitation of high‑touch areas.
- Generate daily sales reports and communicate key performance metrics to the store manager.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on new product lines, sales techniques, and store policies.
Requirements
- Honest, trustworthy, and committed to upholding the company’s reputation.
- Female candidates up to 50 years old are preferred; however, all genders are welcome to apply.
- Education: Open to all educational levels; a formal diploma is not a prerequisite.
- Residency in or near Sukun is strongly preferred to ensure punctuality and reliability.
- Basic understanding of store management systems (POS, inventory tracking) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to engage customers courteously.
- Flexibility to work six days a week, with a consistent schedule of 08:00 – 17:00.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 20 kg).
