Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Karyawan Produksi Bagian Balung to join our fast‑growing manufacturing team. This full‑time position is based at our main plant and involves supporting the production line that handles the “Balung” department – a critical area responsible for material preparation, component assembly, and final quality checks. The ideal candidate will be a reliable male team player who can interact positively with customers and colleagues while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment specific to the Balung department, ensuring smooth workflow from raw material intake to finished goods.
- Assist customers on‑site by answering basic inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a professional service experience.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to meet daily production targets, share workload, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Perform routine inspections of tools and machinery, reporting any malfunctions to the shift supervisor promptly.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Document production data, such as output counts, downtime, and material usage, using the store management system.
- Support inventory management by receiving, labeling, and storing raw materials and finished products accurately.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, offering suggestions for process enhancements and waste reduction.
- Prepare and submit required paperwork, including application letters and the latest educational certificates, as part of the onboarding process.
Requirements
- Gender: Male (as specified by the department’s operational guidelines).
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum age limit set by company policy).
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to serve customers courteously.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and follow directions from supervisors.
- Basic literacy in using a store management system (Sistem Manajemen Toko) and familiarity with simple computer tasks.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting (up to 20 kg) safely.
- Willingness to submit a formal application letter and a copy of the most recent diploma or certificate.
