Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Manajer Operasional Bar dan Pelayanan Minuman to lead our beverage service team in a fast‑paced, professional food‑and‑beverage (FnB) environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our bar and kitchen operations run smoothly, delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and company SOPs. The successful candidate will bring a blend of practical bar knowledge, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar and beverage service operations, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of drinks.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cocktail creation, inventory management, and cleanliness.
- Train, coach, and schedule bar staff and kitchen assistants, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance team culture.
- Monitor stock levels of spirits, mixers, glassware, and bar equipment; coordinate with suppliers to place orders and conduct regular inventory audits.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, conducting routine inspections and corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design complementary drink menus that align with seasonal menu changes and promotional events.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends, optimize pricing, and improve profitability.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times, adhering to brand standards.
- Act as a role model by demonstrating professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude in every interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Passionate about the professional FnB industry with a genuine interest in beverage trends.
- Basic knowledge or prior experience in a professional kitchen or bar setting.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including Saturdays (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Ability to strictly follow and enforce SOPs, health, and safety regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a courteous and customer‑focused attitude.
- Proactive, initiative‑driven, and quick‑thinking under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership potential, even if prior managerial experience is limited.
