Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and ensure a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the restaurant’s point‑of‑sale (POS) and store management system.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as plating, garnishing, and restocking ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the dining area, including table setting, floor sweeping, and waste disposal.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts while adhering to cash‑handling policies.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables (e.g., napkins, cutlery, condiments) and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members and supervisors to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints, escalating to management when necessary to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions on food safety, customer service excellence, and the restaurant’s operational procedures.
- Support promotional activities, such as upselling special menu items and informing guests about ongoing offers.
Requirements
- Education: Open to all levels of schooling, from high school diplomas to university degrees.

- Essential Skills:
