This is a full‑time opportunity with a regular schedule from Monday to Saturday, providing ample time to develop professional skills and grow within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, answer menu questions, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Communicate orders efficiently to kitchen and bar stations, ensuring timely preparation and delivery.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, checking back with guests to confirm satisfaction and address any additional needs.
- Process payments, handle cash and electronic transactions, and provide receipts while maintaining accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring a tidy environment.
- Collaborate with fellow waitstaff, kitchen crew, and management to coordinate service flow and resolve any issues that arise.
- Upsell specials, desserts, and beverage pairings to increase average ticket value and enhance guest experience.
- Monitor guest feedback, respond to concerns with professionalism, and report any recurring issues to management.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education.
- Prior experience in the food & beverage (F&B) industry is preferred, though motivated newcomers with a strong service mindset are also encouraged to apply.

- Flexibility to work the scheduled shift of 08:00 – 17:00, Monday through Saturday.
