Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Attendant Housekeeping to join our full‑time team at a leading hotel in the region. This position is essential to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that our brand is known for. As an Attendant Housekeeping, you will work closely with the housekeeping supervisor and other team members to ensure every guest room, public area, and hotel facility is spotless, well‑organized, and inviting.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and replenishing amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, corridors, elevators, restrooms, and dining areas.
- Handle laundry operations by sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding guest and staff linens according to hotel standards.
- Follow established cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and infection‑control guidelines to protect both guests and staff.
- Inspect rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure compliance with quality standards and report any maintenance issues.
- Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies, request restocking, and ensure proper storage of chemicals.
- Collaborate with front‑desk and maintenance teams to address special guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new cleaning technologies, sustainability practices, and customer service excellence.
- Adhere to scheduled work hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and maintain punctuality and attendance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are welcome.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, reliability, and a disciplined approach to routine tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures, laundry processes, and hospitality service standards.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
