Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Petugas Lapangan Wilayah Garut to join our dynamic field operations team. This role is pivotal in supporting our credit collection and customer relationship initiatives across the Garut region. The successful candidate will act as the company’s on‑the‑ground representative, ensuring timely payments, accurate data capture, and fostering trust with our clients. This is a full‑time position with a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00, offering a clear path for professional growth in the financial services sector.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to assigned debtor locations within the Garut area, ensuring compliance with collection policies.
- Negotiate payment plans, collect outstanding amounts, and process cash, transfer, or mobile payment transactions securely.
- Verify the authenticity of client documentation, including identification, credit agreements, and collateral records, in line with Hukum Kredit regulations.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records in the company’s CRM system, documenting payment status, client interactions, and any discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily and weekly reports to the regional supervisor, highlighting collection performance and any operational challenges.
- Identify and report potential fraud or delinquent behavior, collaborating with the risk management team to mitigate losses.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering payment guidance, and ensuring a respectful, professional demeanor.
- Assist in the planning and execution of community outreach events that promote financial literacy and responsible borrowing.
- Continuously update knowledge of local regulations, market conditions, and best practices in field collection.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18–55 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in field collection, debt recovery, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of credit law (Hukum Kredit) and ability to apply it in real‑world scenarios.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
- Possession of a valid, active SIM C and personal motorcycle for daily travel.
- In‑depth knowledge of the Garut city area, including neighborhoods, major roads, and local landmarks.
- Willingness to work in the field under various weather conditions and maintain a professional appearance.
- For candidates with prior field collection experience: provide a work reference letter, Paklaring, or any official document that verifies previous collector duties.
