Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Teknisi Sistem Pendingin Udara (AC) Profesional to join our growing facilities management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, routine maintenance, and repair of air‑conditioning systems across various project sites and corporate offices. This role is critical to ensuring a comfortable, safe, and energy‑efficient environment for our clients and employees.
Responsibilities
- Installation: Perform complete installation of new AC units—including split, cassette, and standing models—while adhering to manufacturer specifications and safety protocols.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular cleaning, filter replacement, refrigerant pressure checks, and electrical component inspections to prolong equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose system faults, replace faulty parts such as capacitors, compressors, fans, and resolve refrigerant or water leaks efficiently.
- Refrigerant Management: Safely charge or recharge refrigerant according to the unit’s required type and quantity, complying with environmental regulations.
- Documentation: Complete daily work reports, service checklists, and incident logs to maintain transparent records for clients and management.
- Health & Safety (K3): Follow strict occupational safety standards, especially when working at heights or handling electrical components, and ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Client Interaction: Communicate technical findings and recommended actions clearly to clients, providing professional advice on optimal system performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions and stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, energy‑saving practices, and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with commercial or residential AC systems.
- Proven ability to install, maintain, and repair split, cassette, and standing air‑conditioning units.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical schematics, and safety standards.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Physical fitness to work at heights, carry equipment, and perform tasks in confined spaces.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
- Commitment to adhere to K3 (Health & Safety) regulations and company policies.
