Introduction
PT. Visionary Solutions Indonesia is seeking enthusiastic and motivated high‑school graduates for a Program Praktik Kerja Lapangan / Magang Kelas XII. This six‑month field internship provides hands‑on exposure to real‑world business operations, allowing participants to apply classroom knowledge in a professional environment. The program runs Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and is open to candidates of any gender who have completed at least a senior high school (SMA/SMK) education. Interns will work closely with seasoned staff, gaining insight into administrative workflows, project coordination, and client interaction while developing essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and resilience under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Assist the administrative team with daily office tasks, including filing, document preparation, and data entry.
- Support project managers by gathering, organizing, and summarizing project‑related information.
- Participate in team meetings, taking accurate minutes and distributing action items to relevant parties.
- Help maintain and update internal databases, ensuring information is current and error‑free.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth information flow and timely task completion.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reports, and client communications under supervision.
- Handle basic customer inquiries via phone or email, providing courteous and helpful service.
- Perform ad‑hoc research and analysis to support decision‑making processes.
- Adhere to company policies on confidentiality, data protection, and workplace safety.
- Demonstrate flexibility by taking on additional duties during peak periods or when under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 17 – 22 years (flexible for recent graduates).
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proven capability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and a willingness to learn new tools.
- Any prior experience or coursework related to administration, customer service, or project support is advantageous.
