To strengthen our field collection team in Subang, West Java, we are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals for the position of Subang Field Collection (KL – FC). This role is pivotal in maintaining healthy loan portfolios, fostering positive relationships with borrowers, and ensuring timely repayment of installment obligations.
Responsibilities
- Manage a designated portfolio of customer accounts, monitoring repayment schedules and identifying overdue installments.
- Conduct field visits to borrowers’ residences or workplaces to discuss payment options, negotiate settlements, and arrange repayment plans.
- Provide clear, solution‑focused explanations of loan terms, fees, and consequences of non‑payment, ensuring customers understand their obligations.
- Document all interactions in the company’s CRM system, updating payment statuses, contact details, and any agreed‑upon arrangements.
- Collaborate closely with the back‑office and credit assessment teams to verify documentation, process payment confirmations, and resolve disputes.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards while handling sensitive financial data.
- Identify patterns of delinquency and propose preventive measures or early‑intervention strategies to senior management.
- Represent the company in the community, building trust and a positive brand image through professional and courteous conduct.
- Report daily and weekly performance metrics, including collection rates, new accounts secured, and any challenges encountered on the field.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 preferred (high school diploma also considered).
- Male candidates only, aged 28 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in collection, sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Dynamic, proactive, and highly communicative personality; comfortable engaging with diverse customers.
- Passion for field work, willing to travel within Subang and surrounding areas daily.
- Own a motorbike and possess a valid SIM C license for efficient mobility.
- Basic computer literacy; comfortable using mobile applications and CRM tools.
- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and a results‑oriented mindset.
