Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and courteous food and beverage service to guests in both dine‑in and take‑away settings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up stations, stocking supplies, and completing end‑of‑day reports.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Participate in regular team briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes and service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and consumables, reporting shortages to management.
- Uphold the brand’s image through impeccable personal grooming and a professional appearance at all times.
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends, to meet the operational needs of the establishment.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 28 years; female candidates are preferred.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/Sederajat).
- Prior experience in food and beverage service is an advantage, though fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Demonstrated teamwork, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to work shifts from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Residency in Pemalang or willingness to relocate is highly preferred.
