Introduction

Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII) is seeking a dynamic Spesialis Pemasaran to join our campus marketing team. This role is pivotal in promoting university programs, events, and community outreach initiatives to prospective students, alumni, and industry partners. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, ensuring that UII’s brand message resonates across both traditional and digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the university’s enrollment goals and brand positioning.
  • Coordinate and execute campus‑wide campaigns, including open houses, webinars, and alumni networking events.
  • Create compelling content for brochures, social media, email newsletters, and the university website, tailoring messages to diverse audience segments.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student feedback to continuously refine promotional tactics.
  • Collaborate closely with academic departments, admissions, and student services to ensure consistent messaging and seamless program launches.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts for advertising space, and oversee the production of print and digital collateral.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, generate regular reports, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Support crisis communication efforts and maintain brand integrity during high‑pressure situations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing, preferably within an educational or nonprofit environment.
  • Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to craft persuasive messages.
  • Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a results‑driven mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Resilience under tight deadlines and the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure setting.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and basic graphic design software.
