Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Coach Pengembangan Tim dan Kinerja to join our growing education team. This role is dedicated to nurturing both the professional growth of our staff and the developmental needs of the children we serve. The ideal candidate is a motivated, responsible woman aged 18 or older, with a high school (SMA/SMK) education, a pleasant appearance, and a genuine passion for working with children.
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and deliver engaging training workshops for teachers and support staff to enhance instructional techniques and classroom management.
- Conduct regular performance assessments, provide constructive feedback, and develop personalized improvement plans for team members.
- Collaborate with curriculum designers to integrate innovative teaching aids, including video and graphic content created with tools such as Capcut, Canva, and Corel Draw.
- Monitor classroom dynamics, observe lesson delivery, and suggest actionable strategies to improve student outcomes.
- Facilitate peer‑learning sessions, coaching circles, and mentorship programs that encourage continuous professional development.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, performance metrics, and progress reports, ensuring data is available for senior management review.
- Act as a liaison between parents, teachers, and administration, communicating effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Travel to multiple site locations using a personal vehicle, ensuring timely support and on‑site coaching as needed.
- Stay current with educational best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends to keep the organization competitive.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, contribute ideas for program improvement, and assist with special events or promotional activities.
Requirements
- Female, minimum age 18 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Professional, attractive appearance and strong personal presentation.
- Genuine love for working with children and an understanding of child development.
- High level of honesty, responsibility, and reliability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to learn, attend trainings, and continuously upgrade skill sets.
- Own reliable transportation for commuting between sites.
- Basic proficiency in image and video editing tools (Capcut, Canva, Corel Draw, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
