Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to borrowers whose payments are past due, using both telephone calls and on‑site visits.
- Observe and document borrowers’ circumstances, gather relevant information, and perform basic credit analysis to assess repayment capacity.
- Negotiate repayment plans, explain financing terms, and secure commitments that align with BCA Finance policies.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor to preserve positive relationships, even in challenging collection scenarios.
- Prepare detailed reports on collection activities, outcomes, and any escalations required for senior management.
- Collaborate closely with the branch’s credit, legal, and customer service teams to ensure consistent handling of delinquent accounts.
- Adhere strictly to the Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022) and internal data‑privacy protocols.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on regulatory changes, collection best practices, and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4/S1 (all majors) with a GPA of at least 2.50.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior work experience is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the Pontianak area.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle for mobility.
- Residency in Pontianak or surrounding regions.
- Open to full‑time placement at the BCA Finance Pontianak branch.
- Commitment to comply with data‑privacy regulations and company policies.
