Introduction

PT Repassa Indonesia Nusantara, a fast‑growing player in the food and pharmaceutical distribution sector, is seeking energetic and results‑driven individuals to join our sales team as Junior Sales Representatives. The positions are based in the Bekasi and Karawang regions, covering a dynamic Business‑to‑Business (B2B) market. This role offers a solid entry point for graduates who wish to build a career in sales, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s expansion across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B customers within the food and pharmaceutical industries, leveraging market research and networking.
  • Conduct face‑to‑face meetings, product demonstrations, and virtual presentations to showcase product portfolios and address client needs.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads in the CRM system, updating contact information, and following up on opportunities promptly.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective negotiation, proposal preparation, and closing techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and post‑sale support.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis to help refine pricing strategies and promotional activities.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to continuously improve product knowledge and sales tactics.
  • Uphold company policies on ethics, compliance, and data protection while representing the brand professionally at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Food Science, or a related field; a D3 diploma is also acceptable if combined with relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the food, beverage, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with local and international partners.
  • Strong communication skills across multiple channels – in‑person, email, and telephone.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • High level of loyalty, dedication, and personal responsibility; able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools; analytical mindset for sales data interpretation.
