Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to join our growing team in Tanggeung, Jawa Barat. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the company and both existing and prospective customers, ensuring a seamless sales process from initial contact through to post‑sale support.
Responsibilities
- Proactively present and promote the company’s product line to existing clients and identify new customer opportunities across the Tanggeung region.
- Generate sales orders through various distribution channels, accurately capture initial customer data, and verify the completeness of required documentation.
- Prepare and submit credit applications, coordinating with the finance department to ensure timely approval.
- Track the progress of each credit application, providing regular updates to dealers and customers, and communicating final credit decisions clearly and professionally.
- Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and collection points, and address any queries related to invoicing or delivery.
- Maintain a detailed sales pipeline, using CRM tools to log interactions, forecast revenue, and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and after‑sales teams to ensure product availability, accurate order fulfillment, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, reporting on performance metrics, sharing market insights, and suggesting strategic improvements.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with key accounts, conducting periodic visits and providing value‑added recommendations.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted).
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Gender: Male (as per current posting requirements).
- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience; recent graduates are welcome, with experience considered a strong advantage.
- Proven ability in B2C sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including effective negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- High level of integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own reliable motor vehicle and a valid, active SIM A/C.
- Flexibility to work according to domicile placement and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
